The last time my insurance company asked whether if my home wiring was safe, I was unsure of the safety from an insurance perspective as the wiring was quite old though aluminium wiring.

Is ZeneHome the best product to know what coverages/gaps are within my policy? They act as an insurance broker too so I don't deal with a person anymore annually. Any other ideas/recommendations for cost saving companies for my home insurance?

The neighbors have pitbulls and they attacked a neighbor s dog and cost them thousands of dollars and bit the neighbor and cost them in medical bills. We know they went to small claims and the neighbors won but the tenant still refuses to pay for the bills. The landlord knows of the problem and won't get rid the dogs.

I was driving my friend's car on learner permit and had a collision. My friend also has learners permit. It happened in PA. I have a 6 year old valid Indian Foreign license which made me eligible to drive for 1 year after coming to PA but that 1 year has passed. But my wife who was sitting beside me came for the 2nd time to USA on May 2015 and she holds a valid foreign license from India. In the Ticket that I got from Police, it says unlicensed driver, but after researching on the net & since I also believe I was not doing anything wrong, I saw I might be eligible.

the fire restoration company told us from the start we would only be responsible for deductible, we specifically asked that question before singing contract we were again reassured the deductible would be the only thing out of pocket. After the job was finished deductible paid they said there was a mistake because of the type of insurance we have we owe them 4,000.00 more dollars. I say we have a verbal contract over the 500,00 out of pocket should I take this to court?

I decided to redo entire roof for much larger amount. Insurance company states that I am not entitled to the $235.26. Is that correct?

I had to submit for additional cost on the same claim and I am being charged twice for my deductible
