the leak is something new and i did not see this problem before two weeks. how do i prove to my insurance this is not something old like they are claiming.

I just got a good deal on a car becouse i bought it from a family member..Then i gave the keys to my 19 year old cousin to pick up his brother from school becouse i was parked last..He hit a guy was at foult and totald my car. I still owe 5 300 for loan and have no car .. I have made 3 payment since accident and plan to pay the 300 & STILL have to buy new car..no full colision could not afford it at the time have 2 babys& million other things incase ur wondering y i didnt have colision..

My insurer just dropped us due to an older roof. Can you suggest an insurer who will cover the home until I can afford to get a new one?

If water infiltrates a ground floor unit from the roof, and causes damage to a floor, which is not covered by the unit owners HO6 policy, who pays for the floor repairs?
In this situation, the Home Owners agent visited the unit, acknowledge there was water damage to a wood floor and determined it was not caused by a Peril Insured Against, and based on that denied the claim. The adjusted did state that the damage falls under the condominium master policy.

i received 50k settlement from insurance sent check to bank they sent me draws
12k to start 23.5k half way thru and after completion of all cosmedics they sent
an inspector out for inspection. the problem they say is that i did not fix the sink whole but i olny received 50k for everything attorneys took 40k . i paid 12.5k to repair house and they will not send me the check

If someone hits our trash can and damages their car and then files a claim against us, does our deductible apply that we have to pay up to the first $1000 or does it not apply in this situation.

A relative who was visiting had a truck stolen and 2 of our vehicles were broken into. A police report was filed. Tools and mowing equipment was in the truck. Is the contents covered on the truck policy or on my homeowners policy. I live in Florida

I gave the agent a copy of my previous policy as an example of coverage. He didn't even duplicate it but decreased coverage to 50 % on contents. There wasn't even a drive by appraisal. No photos were taken to determine the value. The cost to rebuild is twice the policy limit. Can he be held responsible for under insuring my home and contents ?

My dog got out of our fence back in October and fell into a neighbors above ground pool. (Only time my dog has ever gotten out) We paid $132 for Pool company to come out inspect the pool and place a patch. The owner of pool would not allow the pool company to perform a test to see if it had any other possible leaks. His daughter plays over at our house and says it is not leaking. We spoke to an insurance adjuster and he said that if we filed on insurance it would only pay to have it patched due to the age of the liner.
