I have been offered a position to work for commission only as a producer for a Property & Casualty agent. In return he is giving me very flexible hours to be with my family, however I will still be putting in 25 to 30 hours a week. What would be considered a good commission percentage for new and renewal business?

I have been using ExamFx for my pre licensing life and heath exam. Here is the problem I have taking the simulated test and I can not pass it even with the right answers it come's back saying that they are wrong. Can anyone help me out and tell me what i need to do to pass this text. When I called the office they told me that I should buy the simulated exam from them. I need some help.

My jeep is totaled out I am told and I want to buy it back, I am trying to figure out how much it will cost? Also I had it insured for 10k more for all the custumization and parts. I am trying to understand how the pay off will work. There was no other vehicle involved. I owe around 16000 on it and it has 51000 miles onit and it is a 2004 Rubicon.

Tried to respond to a post, and the interface won't allow me to quote, embolden, change font colors or any of those other little things that make posting (and editing) so much fun as a Moderator. I can't even put my cool little "guy in sunglasses" emoticon in! Wah.....

Anyone have any insight as to why it's not allowing me to "edit my edits," so to speak?

HELP!! BTW- I spaced out logging in, but this has nothing to do with the issue. It just doesn't work anymore!
