Is it possible to get my liscence even though i was convicted of gross sexual imposition 25 yrs ago.I went through treatment and to this day continue to better myself.

There is no statute of limitations on felony convictions under 18 U.S.C. Sections 1033, 1034. Each state applies its own criteria when reviewing an application for a Consent Waiver. California, for example, lists sex-based crimes in the CA Code of Regulations as one of a number of reasons to deny a license following an administrative hearing.
I don't know what Ohio would do.

I have a felony that is 13 years old it is a retail theft can i still become a licensed producer in the state of Illinois can I still get a license if I reported my felonies to my job does the state of Illinois State say you can't have a license if you have a felony for retail theft

Yes and no. The law is federal law (18 U.S.C. 1033), and it says that a felony conviction for a crime such as theft is a bar to employment in the insurance industry (among others) unless the state regulator grants a "consent waiver". Until you apply for the waiver, you won't know what the Insurance Commissioner will say about your ability to be licensed.

I was convicted in Massachusetts of: larceny over 250 in 2007. In now about to take my property and casualty license exam in 2 weeks. I've contacted the ksinsurance.gov and called the proper people and they said i needed a 1033 waiver, however with it being 7 years ago, should I even be worried?

Worried? As in "It probably won't matter because my conviction occurred seven years ago"? Worried probably isn't the right word. Unemployable perhaps.
Looking for another career might be a better thought.
Your crime is squarely in the 10-ring of offenses that merit being barred from the insurance and financial services industry. This is an industry that has close contact with other people's money, and the fiduciary responsibility that comes with that contact is to be held inviolate.
Unfortunately, agents and brokers are tempted every day to touch other people's money as if it is their own, and the public is harmed when they do. A person who has already tasted the fruit of such a crime is more likely to succumb to the temptation again.
There is no statute of limitations when it comes to the "1033" consent waiver. Your crime could have been committed 70 years ago, and it would still merit a bar.
No one here can truly answer your question. The only person who can is the Insurance Commissioner. Since he is a newly elected official in Kansas, he may need to prove to the public he can enforce the law.

I have a class F felony for possion witb intent to sell THC in 2007. I have completed probation with no violations and have no other lriors, am I eligible to apply for a license to sell auto, home, life insurance?

Nothing prevents a person with a felony conviction from applying to be insurance licensed. But the state regulator (Commissioner, Superintendent, etc) makes the final decision which felons, if any, will be allowed to have one.

Have two civil offenses for disturbing the peace. And have a felony arrest for malicious wounding but charges were dismissed. No fines paid. NC life.
