Insurance Company Wants Proof of Repairs--Need Advice

Last year, our A/C drain backed up and the A/C leaked water which damaged several square feet of laminate flooring in two rooms. I'm a very handy guy. I resolved the cause of the A/C leak with a professional quality repair. Minor cosmetic damage to the flooring remained. My wife and I debated what to do about it, and finally ended up filing a homeowners claim. Long story short--the insurance company cut us a check for $9,000. It was a painless process--exactly the way you would expect insurance to work.

One corner of our house is cracking and the brick are crumbling. There are cracks at different points in the area of concern. Had 3 professionals come and all said our foundation is in major need of repair. All of this is in the garage area of our home which is 18 years old. We live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Does our H05 cover this?

Slab leak coverage

We have homeowners insurance policy with Farmers. Last week we noticed water seeping through the kitchen tile floor and after walking around and inspecting other areas, we found that some spots on the floor feel really hot. We called a plumber asap and he suspected a slab leak. The house is ranch style built on slab. A crew of leak detection specialists and plumbers is coming tomorrow to work on the problem. In the meantime, we filed a claim with Farmers. An adjuster called us to let us know in advance that we have no coverage for such issues!

I had my dwelling, garage, and shed roofed according to a contract. The roofer failed to use underlayment on all the roofs and failed to replace the drip edge as called for in the contract. Can I file on the contractor's insurance for these contractual failures?
