You may have been independent all your life and in the future too would like to take care of your needs. Sudden death in the family can leave everyone perturbed. No one is usually prepared for such an incident. A final expenses insurance may be of help in times of need.

Final expenses insurance covers the cost of burial and other unexpected expenditures. If you have invested in final expenses insurance, you can take care of the final costs as your loved ones had wished.

Anyone on this message board who tells you anything about final expense telesales is lying because they haven't sold it themselves, I guarantee it. Christopher especially...take it from someone who has sold 7 in a day, 20 in a week, 30-35K AV in a month, it can be done over the phone and bigger and better than field sales. And when you have a 100+ contract and wholesale QUALITY leads, thats making a lot of money. Also our taken rate and persistency rate is higher than the national field sales force.

If you want to learn how to sell final expense over the phone and learn for free, then you want to learn from the best. We've been doing this for over two years now, not since last week Christopher!! We have training from A-Z on everything, the tops in the industry and its all ours as we created it, we haven't mooched off of anyone. We've been in this industry almost 20 years now and have owned every step we've taken in it.

To find out more about this opportunity of a lifetime then just google Final Expense telesales and look for OUR v-flyer and website at the bottom of page one and top of page two of your search. Or you can click on my signature if it works and it will take you to a temporary website while our main one is under construction. Good luck to all in whatever you decide to do and Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

I wish you much success in final expense telesales business.

I have been in the insurance business for over 20 years and I have never sold a life insurance policy over the phone. I guess if you are licensed in every state in the U. S., that would probably be a good way of doing it, but I just personally think life insurance is more important than that.

I enjoy visiting with my clients and they also appreciate knowing who I am.

Posted: Fri Jan 16, 2009 09:48 pm Post Subject: To Maze and Steeler...er...I mean Chargersfan, sorry!!

Maze: I appreciate your wishes for success. But just so nobody is confused, you've never sold life insurance over the phone in the 20 plus years you've been in the business mostly because its not been available for the majority of that time. And since you've been doing it "your way" for those 20 plus years you've probably developed a condition commonly referred to as Tunnel Vision. This can be great for focus as I am sure you've been highly successful in your years in the industry but it can also hinder one being open minded to doing things a different way, maybe a better, more efficient way. Its a way, Maze, where you don't lose quality of relationships with your customers, you gain quantity!!!

The inherent nature of the insurance industry has prevented you from reaching your true potential. Life/Final Expense insurance is important and I love my job. I truly TRULY like to help people and their families. And I have a way to maximize the people who I can help. I have the ability to do an average of 8-12 presentations a day. My closing ratio is 65%. I too enjoy visiting with my clients and they also appreciate KNOWING who I am. Just because someone can see you doesn't mean you are a good honest person. Just because someone can't see me doesn't mean I am not. Its all about perspective and the relationship you build with them. I spend an average of 45min to an hour on the phone with my clients. I laugh with them, I cry with them. And believe me when I tell you that I have a stack of Christmas cards chin high from my clients this winter. They remember me.

Maze, this is not for everyone, just as sales in general is not for everyone, but it has certainly helped me help more people. I could not imagine driving around this winter in the cold for no shows or one leggers, staying in hotels or motels and spending all that precious time away from my own wife and family. Time that I will never get back.

The inherent nature of the insurance industry is what has historically broke the back of the agent. All the layers of management, all the profit centers, the lack of training/support. 98% of insurance agents never have a mentor, someone to just point them north. That's sad to me. We've set out to change all that and create something better for the AGENT.

Quality of work and life!

Maze, if you are successful as I am sure you are, you probably pay twice what we do for leads to make the same amount of sales. You probably work twice as hard and drive 1000% farther to make the same amount of sales/commission. And that's not a knock on you, its a testament. Because most agents can't/won't do that. But they CAN sell and they CAN work. But it takes a special person to forge through the snow/rain/sleet/heat for all the no shows and one leggers.

We work as a team here in everything we do, to cut the cost, not quality, of our leads. We average $300/week in leads. I'm sure you have to spend at least twice that if you are successful(100k+/year). And with that much money invested in leads our average agents are still doing $2500-$3000 in AV/week!! That's incredible!

These are not internet leads...they are not illegal autodialer leads. They are high quality mailer leads. No bait and switch!!

This is a paradigm shift and I know that. The nature of this business makes agents paranoid of the next "big thing" or anyone talking about something that sounds too good to be true.

The only thing you can do is speak to myself or the President of our company personally and take us at face value. You certainly have nothing to lose. Give us a call while you are driving an hour to one of your appointments and I'd be glad to go over everything in detail. I'm not afraid of any questions.

Chargersfan, I appreciate your point of view but lets not get carried away, you represent one consumer but you certainly do not represent MY customer or MY demographic, so please don't pretend to.

An Insurance Agent can sell you ANYTHING face to face, as well. They could have and will continue to lie to your face(those that chose to run a shady insurance business, that is). There have always been those type of people in every walk of life. Long before telesales and long after! So it is not a matter of being on the phone or face to face, it is just ethics. My customers trust me and I am loyal, truthful and forthright with them on everything.

And the customer does get to read the policy, they can make sure I am who I say I am via the insurance company or the dept of ins, so there are no secrets. They get their policy before they even make their first payment and by the way, that's what free look periods are for! And ours is a 20 day free look for added security.

Bottom line is this, my customer prefers to buy over the phone. Believe it or not guys, most of them do not want you coming to their house and bothering them. In this day and age a complete stranger in your house at 7pm at night if your a 70 year old lady is not appealing. Believe me she prefers to speak to me over the phone, if she's uncomfortable all she has to do is hang up the phone.

Why do you think you run in to so many no shows? You think they are all not home or maybe their just hiding?

Listen, I wish you both the best and hope you find peace and happiness both at work and at home. But if you think you can handle a complete paradigm shift, not just selling final expense over the phone, but something never before seen or experienced in the insurance industry then just respond on the website on my profile. Its not much right now, just temporary while we construct our official site. But check us out, you have nothing to lose.

We are not married to final expense or selling over the phone, we are married to a way of life....Freedom!

God Bless!

FEG>>>>>>>>>.WOW!! What a post!! yep..you're right. I AM just one comsumer giving a point of view. I DO agree, I can be lied to "face to face" ( and I have been, several times, as well) just as much as over the phone. The Consumer is suppose to 'trust' the Insurance Agent is looking out for THEM (the Consumer). I've personally experienced, with the ones that I have dealt with (and that's alot of 'them') THEY are only looking out for THEMSELVES.
