Theft instead of Burglar alarm: Insurance refused

We had a burglar alarm placed in our house. In spite of the fact, the unavoidable happened and we lost some serious fortunes. Around $25,000 was there for my son's college admission that was scheduled for the next day. Now we are completely helpless. We even called the police and following that made a claim to our insurance company. But they are saying that they won't provide any coverage as the money was not listed on the policy.

I am divorced and live in NJ. Ex has just moved to PA. Ex has given our son a vehicle (registered to ex in PA) to use which will be garaged at my house in NJ. Ex says he can not add son to his policy which covers the vehicle because son is licensed in NJ. Is this true? Should son be added to my policy? That will make three drivers and one car on my policy, Also, will car be rated for highest rated driver (17 yr old son?)

Water leak

I got home from a 2 month vacation to find my carpets in 2 bedrooms soaking wet with mold growth. Called the insurance co who sent in a leak detection co. The guy showed me a crack at the base of the heater which had water tricking out. According to him the water from the water heater filled up in the tray around it, and overflowed into the house flooding two bedrooms, bathrooms and hallway.
Insurance company says this is a slow leak and will not cover. Are they right?

I had a number of jewelry items stolen from me over a period of a year by the same person. If he took a ring in July, another in November, a bracelet and earrings in January, and more earrings in March, am I able to make separate claims for each occurence?

A woman drove her car direct into my house following the fence. She also damaged the pine tree and it’s now leaning over. Even the entire landscape is destroyed. The woman escaped. My insurance provider is also not saying anything positive. What should I do? I’m in Idaho.

Whose insurance covers condo damage?

I stay in the 4th floor of a condo in Idaho. A leak surfaced few days ago in a pipe of my bathroom and water oozing out from there caused some damage to the ceiling of the condo below mine. I have already done some research to find out how the parties involved should proceed with the repairing. Since there was no negligence on my part, I think that my insurance should cover for the damage caused to my unit. The owner of the condo below mine should use their insurance to repair the damage in their part, and the condo association should use their to cover the damages to the common area.

How long before I give case to my attorney

neighbors irrigation broke - flooded my crawlspace under my
house.

I filed claim against neighbors insurance - Farmers. So far it's been painfully slow to see any progress.

How long do I give the insurance company before I hand this case over to my attorney ?

thanks

Damage- neighbors irrigation leak. My insurance or his ?

neighbor's irrigation broke and flooded my basement.

I could claim against his insurance, or my own insurance which would "subrogate" claim against his insurance. damage is about $2500 to clean up. my deductible is $2500. It is unknown whether claiming against my home insurance policy will result in a rate increase. any feedback ?

If I claim against my neighbor's insurance, they will try to lay the blame on the landscaping company that maintains the irrigation system. So the question of who's liable is still in discovery.

thanks for any suggestions.
